The increasing advances in technology and the emergence of new communication technologies such as social networking websites facilitate the process of knowledge sharing by exploiting the knowledge repositories. Indeed, knowledge is a resource that its value is not only diminished by use but also is increased. The purpose of the current study is to develop a paradigmatic model for knowledge sharing in social networks by utilizing the grounded theory method and qualitative approach. Research question was as follows: what is the appropriate model of knowledge sharing in social networks from Iranian information science specialists' point of view? Accordingly, statistical population was comprised of information science specialists across the country. Theoretical sampling led to a sample size of 15 operating in three different fields, and data gathering tool was structured interviews. We used open coding, axial coding, and selective coding in order to export concepts and categories from interviews. Based on grounded theory, research results were provided in the form of a paradigmatic model which encompasses theoretic features and is capable of predicting the executive process steps.

The purpose of developing grounded theory is to build a theory based on data. The three previous approaches of grounded theory have obvious operational weaknesses. In order to cover the operational weaknesses of previous approaches and quantify their gaps, a fourth approach to grounded theory was presented under the title of quantum approach. The aim of this research is to show that the quantum approach has the necessary efficiency in practice and has covered the weaknesses of previous approaches. In the previous approaches, there were operational weaknesses in the place of research literature in theorizing, confusion in the discovery of open codes, inattention to the studied society and the study platform, which seemed efficient only from a theoretical aspect, but in practice confused the researcher. Method: To overcome this weakness, a quantum approach to ground theory was presented, which is based on four stages of coding and twelve basic steps, which is based on the theory of quantum entanglement, which indicates that electrons around the nucleus of the atom apart from affecting The nucleus of the atom has opposite behavior to each other. Findings: Borrowing from this theory, it was concluded that the central category is the result of the effects of factors that have opposing behavior with each other, that is, two categories of constructive factors and inhibitory factors. Finally, a model based on the quantum shape of the atom was presented for this approach. Also, the case study findings showed that 44 primary big data, 98 micro data, 38 secondary big data and 5 super data were identified from the positive side. Also, on the negative side, 13 primary big data, 32 small data, 11 secondary big data and 2 super data were identified. Results: The results showed that managerial skill, managerial attitude, and managerial intelligence were among the constituent factors, managerial thinking and managerial awareness were among the facilitating factors, personalization was among the inhibiting factors, and expediency was among the moderating factors. Also, strategies, obstacles, consequences of formation and consequences of non-formation were identified

Grounded theory is one of the methods used in qualitative research. This is based on inductive approach. This methodology is an independent methodology that is used for immeasurable phenomena and is supposed as a context for analyzing data. In this method, after theoretical sampling, gathering and coding and analyzing the data are performed simultaneously. Data analysis is done by open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Theoretical sampling continues on to theoretical saturation. In theoretical saturation, theory will be extracted from the saturated data. This article aims to introduce this methodology which can be used in social psychology, management, health and sociology. Introducing its potentials and research steps are the main goals of this paper.

Grounded theory strategy is one of the essential strategies in qualitative research: This strategy focuses on an inductive approach rather than a deductive approach as the basis of theorization. Therefore in this article the theoretical basis as well as the performance procedure of this strategy is analyzed through a sample research done about organizational phenomena in the passes to come.  

The purpose of this research is theory building about succeeding through R&D collaborations in defense industries. The grounded theory strategy, used in this research, will help to analyze this phenomenon in terms of its core category, context, strategies and conditions. In summery the result of this research is presented in terms of «Acquisition Competency» theory. The theory reveals that new product development and industrial renewal in defense industries depends on networking, aligning and fertilizing of capabilities. «Acquisition Competency» emerges in recreation of defense industries value stream and results identification, combination, focalizing of defragmented capacity and capability within and beyond defense industries. By developing «Acquisition Competency» existent capacities and capabilities will be reorganized in «knowledge based cores and wide capable networks» array and then exchange together in which effective whole weapon system is created in expected time, cost. Quality and flexibility.

Introduction: The quality of qualitative research is an important issue for clinicians and researchers that use research in order to deliver high quality care. Gaining quality in qualitative research, such as grounded theory, is not an accident and is achieved by abiding a set of circumstances. The aim of this study was to identify the most important criteria in assessing the quality of grounded theory studies.Method: This is a review study done by an extensive review of literature in the form of electronic and printed materials. This paper therefore, has reviewed 10 related books and 11 related papers.Results: The result of literature review showed that compliance to methodological principles of research is the key element in achieving quality in grounded theory studies. Paying attention to dynamic research process, theoretical sampling, theoretical sensitivity, constant comparison, theoretical saturation, methodological fitness, and linking research and body of knowledge are important factors in achieving quality in grounded theory.Conclusion: Quality in grounded theory is an important issue in qualitative research. Grounded theory researchers must have a thorough understanding of methods used in research. Moreover, they must try to improve the quality of grounded theory studies by considering ontological and epistemological assumptions.
